Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.
    Ex.system administration

Labor Codes (Key Conversions)

Use the Key Conversion utility for labor codes to change a labor code or to close out (consolidate) labor code data into a single labor code.

You can consolidate data between two existing labor codes. Alternatively, you can set up a new labor code in which to close out labor codes that are no longer in use.

Prerequisite: Back up your Vantagepoint database.

Combine Labor Codes

You can combine labor codes In the Combine Records tab of the Labor Codes form.

Change Labor Code Number

You can change the number of a labor code in the Change Number tab of the Labor Codes form.
