Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Profile Editor Utility

When you create a profile, or group of processes, you can submit the profile as a single process (job) to a process queue. Use profiles for processes that you run repeatedly or on a regular basis. For example, set up profiles for reports that you run and distribute to your team each week. By using profiles, you save time because you do not need to select each process manually.

You also determine the sequence in which the processes are run, the process queue used, and the date and time of the run.
