Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

SF330 Section F Menu

Click the menu icon next to the title "F. Example Projects Which Best Illustrate..." to access a number of functions that help you fill out Section F of the SF330.

Field Description
  • Add ProjectsAdd Contracts — Opens a lookup list of projects whose organization is on the Associated Organizations tab of a firm record that is in Section C.

    Select from the list. You can select more than one project at the same time.

  • Add Any ProjectAdd Any Contract — Opens the Project lookup, of projects whose Status is Active.

    Select from the list. You can select more than one project at the same time.

    Before you populate Block 25, make sure that the project's firm is in Section C. If you find that you must add it to Section C, you must then refresh Block 25. See the Block 25 description.

  • Delete ProjectsDelete Contracts — Opens a Delete Item(s) dialog box of the projects entered into the proposal using Add ProjectsAdd Contracts or Add Any ProjectAdd Any Contract. The dialog box list omits projects whose data was entered in Section F.
  • Reorder ProjectsReorder Contracts — Opens a Reorder Items dialog box of the projects entered into the proposal using Add ProjectsAdd Contracts or Add Any ProjectAdd Any Contract. The dialog box list omits projects whose data was entered in Section F. Select the project whose sequence you want to change, then click Up or Down to move the project to a different location in the list.
  • Go To ProjectGo To Contract — Opens a lookup of the projects entered into the proposal using Add ProjectsAdd Contracts or Add Any ProjectAdd Any Contract. The dialog box list omits projects whose data was entered in Section F.

    Select aproject to open its page in Section F.
