Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Columns for Labor Resource Planned and Actuals

Use the Columns tab to select and set up columns for your report.

Field Description
Employee Number This column displays the employee's identification number.
Generic Resource Code This column displays the code for the generic resource.
Generic Resource Description This column displays the description of the generic resource.
Phase Name This column displays the name of the phase.
Phase Number This column displays the phase number.
Planned/Actual Label

By default, the Labor Resource Planned and Actuals report displays detail as one line of planned hours or amounts and one line of actual hours or amounts.

Select the Planned/Actual Label column to display Planned as the heading for the first line and Actual as the heading for the second line.

Project Name This column displays the name of the project.
Project Number This column displays the project number.
Resource Name This column displays the name of the resource.
Row Count This column displays the row number of a line item.
Task Name This column displays the name of the task.
Task Number This column displays the task number.
