Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Labor Resource Forecast Chart Tab

Use the Chart tab to choose the type of chart to be displayed on your report.

Field Description
Show Line Chart

Select this option to include a graph on the report. The data shown on the graph depends on how you set the Format option on the Options tab:

  • If you select Hours, the graph shows actual hours.
  • If you select Cost Amount, the graph shows actual cost amounts.
  • If you select Billing Amount, the graph shows actual billing amounts.
  • If you select Percentage or Alerts or Exclude non-Working Days, this option is not available.

Limiting the Number of Employees

If the graph is difficult to read because the report includes too many employees, use the Select Employees option on the Options tab to select a smaller group of employees.

Height If you decide to show a graph, enter the height of the graph in inches in this field.
