Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Report Information Dialog Box

Select the associated information to display for the report.

Field Description
View Report Information Click this option and select from the following to view the associated information for the report:
  • Report query
  • Report options
  • Report data source
  • Report definition (the .RDL file for the report)

This information is useful when building custom reports, recreating report favorites, and when working with Deltek Support. Depending on your selection, the information will display in a new browser window or within the report preview window. View the respective information as needed.

To export associated information for the report (such as, report definitions and other parameters) you must have Save For All Rights access as defined by your setting for the Reports, Searches and Options option in the Save Rights section of the Roles settings form in Settings > Security > Roles.
