Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Columns for the Marketing Campaign Audit Detail Report

Use the Options tab to specify the start and end dates for the changes that will be included on the report, the name of the user making the modification, the operation type to be performed, and in which application the modification was made. You cannot select columns for this report.

Columns

Field Description
Column Name This column displays the name of the record column that was modified.

Above the column name, the report displays the work breakdown structure level at which the change was made. For example, if the change occurred at the task level, the report shows the project number, phase number, and task number. It also displays the date and time of the change and the user ID of the person who made the change.

Old Value In most cases, this column displays the record column's previous value. For an image or text column (such as Memo fields), this column displays [image] or [text], not the actual previous value.
New Value In most cases, this column displays the record column's new value. For an image or text column (such as Memo fields), this column displays [image] or [text], not the actual new value.
Operation This column displays the type of the operation performed: delete, insert, or update.
Application This column displays the name of the application in which the modification was made.
