Columns for Employee Labor Summary Report

The Employee Labor Summary report contains a standard set of columns. You do not have the option to select columns for this report.

Field Description
Employee Number This column displays the employee's identification number.
Employee Name This column displays the employee's name (Last Name, First Name).
Regular Hours This column displays the number of regular hours entered for the time period or labor posting runs for which you generate the report.
Ovt Hours This column displays the number of overtime hours entered for the time period or labor posting runs for which you generate the report.
Ovt-2 Hours This column displays the number of special overtime hours entered for the time period or labor posting runs for which you generate the report. This column is available only if you set Enable Secondary Overtime to Yes in Settings > Accounting > Labor Options.
Total Hours This column displays the total number of hours entered for the time period or labor posting runs for which you generate the report. This value is the sum of regular hours, overtime hours, and special overtime hours.
