  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Proposal Estimate Settings

Proposal estimates are enabled in Settings > Project > Estimates.

Select Enable Service Estimates to turn on the ability to incorporate an estimate into your proposal that indicates the potential overall cost to your client if the project is won. This estimate may include either a summary or a detailed description of the labor, expenses, consultants, and/or units for the project. Estimate information is pulled directly from the Projects hub to ensure your project and proposal information are aligned.

You can also use this form to determine the grids that you want to display as options when creating proposal estimates, as well as if Cost, Billing, or Cost and Billing columns are enabled in the grids.

Security and Proposal Estimates

To access estimates, your security role must have access to the Estimates menu options in Security > Roles and to the estimates application tabs in Security > Roles > Access Rights.
