Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Edit Image Properties Pane

Use this pane to define the properties for the selected image.

Edit Image Properties

Field Description
Change Image To change the image that displays in the proposal, click this link and select a new image.

Adjust

Use these fields to set the background color and transparency.

Field Description
Opacity Enter a number that represents the percentage of transparency (lightness) for the background color. The lower the percentage, the lighter the color. For example, if the background color is set to royal blue and the opacity is 50%, the color will be a lighter shade of royal blue than if it were set to 100%.
Rotate Select the level of degree to rotate the element. For example, select 90 degrees to rotate the text box 90 degrees counterclockwise. Select 0 degrees to return to the normal display.
Crop Click this button to resize or crop the image if needed. Any portion of the image outside the frame is cropped when you save the image. To crop the image you can:
  • Drag the slider beneath the image frame to resize the image and increase or decrease the portion of the image that is within the frame.
  • Drag the right side or bottom of the image to change the portion of the image that is within the frame.

Note that if you are using Internet Explorer or Safari, you cannot crop outside of the image area.

Border

Use these fields to define the weight or style of an outside border of an element.

Field Description
Weight Select the weight (thickness) for the border.
Color Click in this field to open the custom color palette and select a color. You can select colors by entering CMYK values, a Hex #, or RGB values, or you can use the swatches on the right to select a Pantone color.

Size

Use these fields to set the size of the element.

Field Description
Height, Width Use the arrows to change the height and width of the element.
Reset to Original Size Click this link to return the element to its original size.

Position

Use these fields to set the position of the element on the proposal page.

Top, Left Use the arrows to change the location of the element box on the page.
