Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Table Properties Dialog Box

Display this dialog box from the Edit Text dialog box.

To display the table properties dialog:

  1. In the Navigation pane, go to the Proposals section and open the desired proposal.
  2. In the Navigation pane, go to the Proposals section and select General Elements.
  3. Insert a record into the proposal.
  4. Insert a text box into the record.
  5. Click in the text box to open the Edit Text dialog box.
  6. Click [ICON] Table on the Edit Text toolbar.
