Display the Manage Records Dialog Box

When the proposal is in draft mode, you can add or remove hub records.

Prerequisite: In the Navigation pane, select Proposals > Custom Proposals and then create a new proposal or open an existing proposal.

  1. Insert one or more hub records into the proposal.
    See Work with Proposal Elements for more information.
  2. Select a hub record on the proposal.
  3. Click the Manage Records link on the Edit Record Layout pane.
    The proposal builder changes to Edit Record Layout mode
  4. Search for and select records on the Manage Records dialog box.
