Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Change Record Dialog Box

Display this dialog box when a proposal is in editing record layout mode.

Prerequisite: In the Navigation pane, select Proposals > Custom Proposals and then create a new proposal or open an existing proposal.

  1. Insert one or more hub records into the proposal.
    See Work with Proposal Elements for more information.
  2. Select a hub record on the proposal.
  3. Click the Options icon on the hub record's box on the proposal and select Change Record.
