Contents of the Change Record Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to change the selected record on the proposal.

Field Description
Record This field lists the records that were selected for the proposal. To change the records included, use the following options:
  • To add records, type part of the record name to find and select it in the list. You can also click to display a list of records associated with the hub.
  • If you cannot find a specific record in the lookup list, click Search. Use Lookup Search to locate records across the database.
  • To delete records, click X on the selected record to remove it from the proposal.

The records that are available from this dialog box are from the hub that was selected when the record was added to the proposal.

Apply Click this option to apply the record changes to the proposal.
