Crop an Image in a Proposal

You can crop and resize an image to meet the needs of your proposal.

Prerequisite: In the Navigation pane, select Proposals > Custom Proposals and then create a new proposal or open an existing proposal.

To crop an image:

1. In the General Elements section, drag the Image element to the desired location on the proposal.
   • If you are inserting an image into a hub record that was included on a proposal, see Insert an Image on a Hub Record in a Proposal for additional steps.
   • If you are inserting an image into a text box on a proposal, see Insert an Image into a Proposal for additional steps.
2. Click the image to open the Edit Image Properties pane.
3. Click the Crop button to resize or crop the image; to crop the image:
   • Drag the slider beneath the image frame to resize the image and increase or decrease the portion of the image that is within the frame.
   • Drag the right or bottom border of the image to change the portion of the image that is within the frame.

   Any portion of the image outside the frame is cropped when you save the image.

4. Use the Border fields to define the weight or style of an outside border of an element.
5. Use the Size fields to define the height and width of the image.
   You can also click Reset to Original Size to return the element to its original size.
6. Use the Position fields to set the position of the element on the proposal page.
7. On the Actions bar, click Save.
