Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Create a Proposal

The Proposals application streamlines the proposal production process, allowing you to create and track effective and winning proposals.

A key element of the Proposals application is the Proposal Builder, which includes a drag and drop interface where you can quickly add new or previously used content, images, and hub records to a proposal. You can also create and save custom templates and master elements in a library that are available for re-use by all team members.

Create new proposals using any of the following methods:
  • From scratch: Create brand new proposals that include text, images, and other general elements as well as information from the Vantagepoint hub records.
  • Based on Proposal Templates You can create templates that can be re-used as the basis for proposals. Create these templates from existing proposals or from your firm's templates, which reflect your company's styles including page layouts, font settings, and other details.
  • From a Projects Hub Record: The Proposals application seamlessly integrates with the Projects hub. You can generate a proposal from a project in the Projects hub and the Vantagepoint application will integrate the project information with your new proposal.
