  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Form T5018 Electronic Filing Reporting Dialog Box

Use the fields and options to provide IRS information and other details for electronic filing of the T5018 Form.

Field Description
Submission Reference ID Enter the number that the Internal Revenue Service gave to your enterprise for use in electronic filing reporting.
Contact Name Enter alphanumeric characters for the name of this vendor's contact.
Contact Phone Number Enter the telephone number of the person to contact at your enterprise about electronic or magnetic files. Do not use hyphens (-).
Contact Phone Extension Enter the telephone extension of the person to contact at your enterprise about electronic or magnetic files.
Contact Email Address Enter the email address of the person to contact at your enterprise about electronic or magnetic files.
Transmitter Number If you are filing electronically, enter the number used to identify a particular piece of media.
Transmitter Type Code If you are filing electronically, enter the number used to identify the control code.
Report Type Code If you are filing electronically, enter the number used to identify the report type.
