Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

User Activity Utility

The User Activity utility enables system administrators to see login and logout information for users in the Vantagepoint desktop application, the applications they use, process server activity, and queue names.

You can also use this utility to send email messages to all active users and to enable or disable all logins. You must disable logins to perform certain maintenance tasks. If all logins are disabled, users with an Admin security role are still able to log on. This utility is separate from the disable login feature in Security Settings.

This utility is only applicable to the desktop application.
