Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Create Contracts from Fees Utility

Use the Create Contracts from Fees utility to create contracts and enter contract amounts based on the existing compensation amounts for multiple projects at one time. This utility creates a contract for each of the selected projects that has compensation amounts specified on the Compensation tab of the Contract Management form in the Projects hub.

It is important to select the projects carefully to avoid creating duplicate contracts. The utility creates a contract whether or not one already exists for a project. Because this utility has the potential to update numerous projects, it is recommended that you make sure have a valid backup copy of the database before you run it.

The availability of the Create Contracts from Fees utility is not dependent on specific settings. You can run this utility whether or not Vantagepoint is set up to synchronize contracts to compensation, and whether or not compensation amounts can be entered at the lowest work breakdown structure level only or at any level.
