Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Undo Posting Form

Use the fields on the form to select the posting to undo.

Field Description
Undo Posting After selecting a transaction, click this button to unpost it.

Fields

Field Description
Type This field displays the transaction type.
Posting Sequence This field displays the unique number assigned to the transaction during posting. This number is period specific and restarts when you open a new period.
Posting Date This is the date when the transaction was posted.
Post User This is the name of the employee who posted the transaction file, unless the selected user ID is not mapped to an employee, in which case only the user ID displays.
Posting Owner This is the company code for the company that owns the posting log.
Post Comment This field displays a description of the contents of the transaction. The type of description depends on the transaction type.
Status This is the posting status of the transaction.
