Display the Invoice Credit Dialog Box

You display the Invoice Credit dialog box in Interactive Billing.

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Billing > Interactive Billing.
  2. If you use diaries, complete the settings on the Billing Session Options dialog box that displays automatically.
    If you do not use diaries, on the Interactive Billing form, click Billing Session Options on the actions bar and the complete the settings on the Billing Session Options dialog box.
  3. On the Interactive Billing form, select a project for which you want to create a credit memo.
  4. Click the Invoice History tab.
  5. In the invoices grid, select the invoice to apply the credit memo to and then click Credit Memo in the grid's actions bar.
  6. If this is the first invoice or credit memo for the billing session, on the Invoice File Selection dialog box, enter a file for the data entry session and then click OK.
  7. On the Credit Memo dialog box that asks if you want to create a credit memo for the entire original invoice amount, click Yes or No.
