Delete an Activity from the Calendar

When you delete an activity from a calendar, the activity record and its associations to other records are deleted.

To delete an activity:

1. In the navigation pane, go to the My Stuff section and select Calendar.
2. Click the activity that you want to delete.
3. In the pop-up info bubble, click Open.
   The details of the original activity displays in the Activity Manager.
4. Click Actions > Delete.

If you do not want to delete an activity record, but you do not want it to display on the Calendar, you can:

• Unselect the Events checkbox or the Tasks checkbox.
• Contact your system administrator and request to change the configuration for Activity Type Settings for a specific activity type (for example, e-mail or review).
