Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Viewing and Reprinting Accepted Billing Invoices, Credit Memos, and Pre-Invoices

In Interactive Billing, you can view and reprint final accepted billing invoices, credit memos, and pre-invoices (if you use them) at any time.

You can also view and print the Backup report and additional documents for a final accepted invoice if the billing terms for the project have the Print Backup Report option or one of the Print Supporting Documents options (AP Vouchers and Disbursements, Expense Reports, or Units) selected on the Billing Backup tab.
