Email Invoice Dialog Box

Use this dialog box in Interactive Billing or Draft Invoice Approvals to send an invoice or credit memo as a .PDF file attachment in an email.

You enter the email recipients, subject, and message in this dialog box.

If the billing terms for the project have the Print Backup Report or one of the Print Supporting Documents options selected on the Billing Backup tab, the .PDF file includes the invoice, the Backup report, and any supporting documents.
