Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Turn HTML Formatting On or Off for Memo Fields

Use the HTML Formatting check box on the Layout tab to turn off or turn on HTML formatting for all memo fields on the report. Vantagepoint applies HTML formatting by default when entering original text in each memo field.

Depending on the report, you can also apply HTML formatting (bold, underlining, colors, and so on) to the contents of an individual column on a report. Use the Columns & Groups tab for list reports, or use the Options tab for CRM summary reports to format an individual column on a report.

To turn HTML formatting on or off for all memo field column in a report:

  1. Click the Layout tab on the selected report.
  2. Navigate to the Number, Date and HTML Formatting section near the bottom of the Layout tab.
  3. Select the HTML Formatting check box in the grid to turn on HTML formatting for all memo fields that appear on a report. Alternatively, clear the check box to turn off HTML formatting for all memo fields on a report.
