Contents of the GovWin IQ Form

Use the GovWin IQ form of Integrations to configure Vantagepoint to connect to your GovWin IQ instance and enter your GovWin IQ account information. Integration with GovWin IQ is only available if the CRM or CRM Plus module is activated.

GovWin IQ

When GovWin IQ is configured, the Actions menu in the Projects hub includes an option for the user to connect to a GovWin IQ instance and import opportunities from GovWin IQ to create projects in Vantagepoint.

Field	Description
Client ID	To implement the GovWin IQ integration features in `Vantagepoint`, paste or enter your enterprise's GovWin IQ client ID in this field. To obtain your client ID and client secret, see Integration Administration for GovWin IQ.
Client Secret	To implement the GovWin IQ integration features in `Vantagepoint`, paste or enter your enterprise's GovWin IQ client secret in this field.

Updating and Syncing

Use the following fields to set up options for data updates and syncing for GovWin IQ integration. You must select the Automatically Update Opportunities from GovWin IQ option to enable the fields in this section.

Field	Description
Automatically Update Opportunities from GovWin IQ	Select this check box to automatically update information for active projects that were created from opportunities in GovWin IQ when information for those opportunities changes in GovWin IQ. The updates occur once every 24 hours at a time you specify in Next Schedued Import. This option is only available if you have entered your GovWin IQ client ID and client secret. The update process updates projects with the Active status in `Vantagepoint` for which changes were made in GovWin IQ since the last time the process ran. Included in the update is information imported from GovWin IQ for related firms and contacts. The update process does not update `Vantagepoint` for the following changes in GovWin IQ: Opportunity name change. Opportunity description change. Milestone date change. Milestone deletion. (However, it does add a new milestone in `Vantagepoint` if one is added in GovWin IQ.)
Last Updated	This field displays the last date and time that the process was run to update projects with changes from GovWin IQ.
Username	If you select Automatically Update Opportunities from GovWin IQ, enter a valid GovWin IQ username (email address) that the update process can use to connect to GovWin IQ.
Password	If you select Automatically Update Opportunities from GovWin IQ, enter the password for the GovWin IQ username.
Validate	Click Validate to validate the username and password for updating from GovWin IQ records. `Vantagepoint` runs the validation and displays a validation or synchronization successful message when complete.
View Import Log	Click this link to view details from the most recent import log. This includes a table listing all data imports from the past month. Any imports that are older than one month are automatically purged from the table.
Next Scheduled Import	This field displays the next date and time that the process will run to update projects with changes from GovWin IQ. Click in this field, and select the time that you want the update process to run each day. Most enterprises select a time outside of normal business hours to avoid performance issues.
Security Role for Error Notifications	Specify the security role for the users that should receive the error notification. This field includes all security roles that are configured for `Vantagepoint`.
Sync Now	Select Sync Now to manually run the data update. The Automatically Update Opportunities from GovWin IQ option must be selected to use this button.

Options

Use the following fields to set up additional for GovWin IQ integration.

Field	Description
Default Stage	Select the stage that you want to assign by default to new projects that are created when you import GovWin IQ opportunities. You can then change the stage for individual projects as necessary. To import multiple opportunities in a single import process, a default stage is required. If you do not select a default stage in this field, you can only import opportunities one at a time.
Honor Screen Designer Required Fields on Import?	Select No for this setting. `Vantagepoint` does not currently support this option. If you select Yes, you may receive errors when you import opportunities from GovWin IQ.
Honor Workflow Rules on Import?	Select this option for workflow to apply to imported records. For example, when this option is selected, the workflow that is associated with the creation of a new record will be triggered when importing new records when Honor Workflow is set to Yes.
