Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Hub Dialog Box

Display this dialog box from the hubs.

Appropriate access rights to perform the task of adding a hub record on the fly is needed to complete the steps.
  1. In a form where a supported lookup is displayed, click the lookup drop-down.
  2. In the drop-down menu, click + New <hub record>.
    For example, if you use an project lookup, the + New Project option is displayed in the lookup drop-down menu. If the + New <hub record> is not displayed as an option, it means that you do not have the appropriate access right to add records for the hub that is associated with the lookup.
    The corresponding hub dialog box displays.
