Delete a Firm Address

You can delete an address that is associated with a firm.

To delete a firm address:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Hubs > Firms > Firms.
  2. On the Firms form, open the firm record for which you want to delete an address.
  3. In the Addresses grid on the Overview tab, select the address that you want to delete.
  4. Hover over the right end of the grid row so the Grid Options icon displays and then select Delete.
    Vantagepoint prompts you to confirm the deletion before removing the record from the grid. The address is removed from the firm record. If it is a primary address, then the next address in the list automatically becomes designated as the primary.

    If you are using Vantagepoint Accounting and Vantagepoint CRM and the Accounting Only check box is selected, you cannot delete a firm address unless you have an accounting security role.
