Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Change Scale Dialog Box

In Project View, and on the Plan form in the Projects hub, you can view and enter plan data using different time scales, for example, by weeks or by months. Use the Change Scale dialog box to switch from one of these scales to another. The calendar period column headings change to reflect your selection, and any existing hours or amounts in those columns are recalculated based on the new scale.
