Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Select a Record to View or Edit

You can view or edit an existing hub record.

To select a record to review or edit:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select a hub.
  2. Use either a pre-defined search or create a new search to search for a record.
    For more information, see Search for a hub record.
  3. From the search results list, select the hub record that you want to view or edit. Or, enter the name of the hub record directly in the Search field and the record will open.
