Add an Activity to a Record

Some of the hubs include an Activities tab that allows you to add activities to a hub record.

To add an activity to a hub record:

  1. In the Navigation pane in the browser application, go to the Hubs section and select a hub.
  2. Use the search field to search for and select the record to which you want to add an activity.
  3. Select the Activities tab.
  4. Click +Add Activity.
  5. On the Activity dialog box, enter a name for the activity.
  6. Select the start and end dates for the activity, as well as any associated reminders.
  7. Set the recurrence pattern, if any, for the activity.
  8. Specify the type of activity.
    The options that display are defined by your system administrator.
  9. Enter any related notes.
  10. Specify the stakeholders and any related associations for the activity.
  11. Click Save.
