Paychex Export Report
After you create the export file, you can review the Paychex Export Report in a Preview window.
The Paychex Export Report contains the following information for each employee listed in the export file:
- Employee number
- Paychex Employee number
- Employee name
- Employee Social Security number
- Deduction or Earning code
- Hour code
- Total hours
- Batch ID code
- Client code number
- Employee total hours
If you use multiple companies, only the timesheets for the active company are included.
