  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Upcoming Milestones Dashpart

Use the Upcoming Milestones dashpart on the Dashboard form of the Projects hub to review upcoming milestones for your projects on a graphically represented timeline.

Field Description
Upcoming Milestones Timeline

Upcoming Milestones displays a graphical timeline of the history of milestone activities associated with your selected project. Up to 7 upcoming milestones can be displayed on the timeline beginning with today's or your most current milestone.

Each milestone is represented as a point on the timeline with the date and milestone name. Click the milestone point for more information about the milestone. When multiple milestones occur on the same date, these milestones are grouped in one milestone point and are indicated on the timeline with the date and a grouping label based on the number of milestone items for the date.

Use the paging arrows at either end of the timeline to move to previous or next milestones across the timeline.

Milestone Info Bubble

On the timeline, click a milestone point to display an info bubble that includes high-level information about the milestone: name of milestone, project long name, date, milestone notes, and the More... link. Click More... to display the project record in the Projects form on a new web browser tab where you can view the project information in greater depth.

If a milestone point contains multiple milestones, the info bubble displays the milestone information of all milestones.
