Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Change the List Order of Dashboards

You can change the order of dashboards in the list of available dashboards.

Appropriate access rights are needed to perform this task.

These steps are not applicable when you are using Vantagepoint on a tablet or smart phone.

To change the order of dashboards:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select My Stuff > Dashboards.
  2. On the Dashboard form, click Edit Mode to enable editing.

    The Edit Mode toggle option is not enabled when you are using a tablet or smart phone to access Vantagepoint.

  3. On the edit mode toolbar, click List View.
  4. In the list view grid, move the cursor over the dashboard row item that needs to be reordered.
  5. Click and drag the dashboard row item up or down the list view grid to change the order of the selected dashboard.
  6. To reorder other dashboards, repeat steps 4 and 5.
  7. Click Save.
  8. To return to the standard dashboard display, click Dashboard View.
