Access Favorite Reports With Favorite Reports System Dashpart
You can perform a number of tasks to manage your Favorite reports from the Favorite Reports system dashpart. You can email a favorite report, schedule a favorite report to be sent, configure the recurrence of a favorite report, and print a favorite report just to name some possible tasks you can perform from the Favorite Reports system dashpart.
To access favorite reports from the Favorite Reports system dashpart:
- In the Navigation pane, select .
- On the Dashboard form, open a dashboard with a Favorite Reports dashpart.

On the Favorite Reports dashpart, you can:
- Open a favorite report: Click the favorite report name on the Name column. The favorite report displays in a new browser window.
- Email a favorite report:
- Move the mouse cursor over a report row, and then click
at the right end of the row.
- Then click Email to display the Email Report dialog box where you can configure the recipients of the report.
- After configuring the email details in the Email Report dialog box, click Send.
- Move the mouse cursor over a report row, and then click
- Schedule a process for a favorite report:
- Move the mouse cursor over a report row, and then click
at the right end of the row.
- Then click Schedule to display the Schedule dialog box where you can configure a scheduled run for a favorite report and also identify the email recipients of the favorite report.
- After configuring the scheduled run for the favorite report in the Schedule dialog box, click Schedule.
- Move the mouse cursor over a report row, and then click
- Print a favorite report:
- Click the favorite report name on the Name column. The favorite report displays in a new browser window.
- In the new window, click

- Export a favorite report:
- Click the favorite report name on the Name column. The favorite report displays in a new browser window.
- In the new window, click
and select the export file format that you prefer. The standard Save As dialog box displays.
- Select which location you want to save the exported report in your computer, and then click Save.
