  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Project View

Project View in Resource Management is designed to give the project manager a complete view of staffing and schedules for their projects at any level of the work breakdown structure. They can also see actual job-to-date hours related to resource assignments as employees charge time to a project. In Project View, project managers can add resource assignments, set plan dates, and make reassignments and schedule changes as needed.

To provide a project manager with a comprehensive view of each project, Project View provides access to plan data for the entire period from plan start date to plan end date, even after work on the project is underway.

In some cases, however, project managers need to see a resource's assignments for other projects. Resource View, the other primary view in Resource Management, provides that resource-focused view.
