Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Change the Scale for the Calendar Period Columns in Project Planning Grids

On the Plan form In the Projects hub or in Project View in Resource Management, you can view and enter planned hours and amounts by day, week, or month.

To change the scale for the calendar period columns in either the Projects hub or in Project View:

  1. Click next to Scale above the planning grid.
  2. In the Change Scale dialog box, select one of these options in Scale:
    • Days & Months: Display plan data by day for one or two months, with the rest of the plan data displayed by month.
    • Weeks: Display all plan data by week.
    • Months: Display all plan data by month.
  3. If you selected Days & Months, do the following:
    • In Use Day Scale Starting, select the month in which you want to begin displaying plan data by day.
    • In Use Day Scale For, indicate if you want to display one or two months of plan data by day.
  4. Click Change.

    The calendar period column headings change to reflect your selection, and any existing hours or amounts in those columns are recalculated based on the new scale.
