Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

AR Comments Options Tab

The Options tab gives you additional control over the data displayed on the AR Comments report.

Detail Options

This section applies to specific information about the selected report. For example, the Project Summary report's Detail Options section includes single line summary and contract status options, while the Labor Summary report's Detail Options section includes drill-down and sorting and unposted labor options.

Field Description
Client Use the lookup to select one or more clients to include in the report.
Client Detail to Display

If you select None, no additional client information is added to the report.

If you select an option other than None, the effect of that option depends on your selections on the Sorting/Grouping tab.
If you sort and group by... Option The report displays this information:
Billing Client Number or Billing Client Name Number and Name No additional client information
Contact and Telephone All contacts associated with each billing client
Full Address Each billing client's billing address and all of the client's contacts
Client Number or Client Name Number and Name No additional client information
Contact and Telephone All contacts associated with each primary client
Full Address Each primary client's billing address and all of the client's contacts
Project Number or Project Name Number and Name Each project's billing client number and name
Contact and Telephone Each project's billing contact
Full Address The billing address for each project's billing client and the project's billing contact

User To limit the comments included to those created by a specific person, use this option to select that employee.
Include Credit Memo Select this check box to include credit memos on the AR Comments report.

Time Frame Options

Field Description
Starting Specify the starting date for the comments to be included on the report.
Ending Specify the ending date for the comments to be included on the report.
