Columns for Unit Detail Report

You can select the columns to display on your report.

Field Description
Employee Name This column displays the employee's full name: first, middle, and last name, with prefix and suffix.
Employee Number This column displays the employee's identification number.
Fiscal Period This column displays the accounting period for the transaction.
GL Account This column displays the general ledger credit account.
Phase Number This column displays the phase number.
Primary Client This column displays the name of the primary client associated with the project.
Project Manager This column displays the name of the employee who is the project manager for the project.
Project Number This column displays the project number.
Project Organization This column displays the organization to which the project is assigned. This columns is not available if your firm is not using organizations.
Project Principal This column displays the name of the principal who is in charge of the project.
Project Short Name This column displays the short name for the project.
Responsibility This column displays the level of responsibility that your enterprise has for the project, such as Prime, Joint Venture, or Consultant.
Row Count This column displays the total number of detail lines for each group, based on the sorting and grouping selections. If the report groups data at more than one level, this column displays row counts for all grouping levels.
Supervisor This column displays the name of the supervisor for the project.
Task Number This column displays the task number.
Unit Billing Amount This column displays the billing amount generated for the unit (calculated as Unit Billing Rate x Unit Quantity).
Unit Billing Rate This column displays the rate for billing the unit.
Unit Cost Amount This column displays the cost amount generated for the unit (calculated as Unit Cost Rate x Unit Quantity).
Unit Cost Rate This column displays the rate for costing the unit.
Unit Name This column displays the name of the unit.
Unit Number This column displays the number of a unit.
Unit Quantity This column displays the number of units for the transaction.
Unit Status This column displays the unit table's status (Active, Inactive, or Dormant).
Unit Table This column displays the name of a unit table.
Unit Type This column displays the unit's type (Equipment, Expense, Labor, and so on).
