  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Budget Worksheet Columns

You can select the columns to display on your report.

Field Description
Labor Code/Account This column displays the labor code for labor budget items and the expense account for expense budget items.
Vendor This column displays the vendor number.
Hours This column displays the hours for the labor transaction or the units for the expense transaction.
Rate This column displays the job-to-date budgeted rate for work charged to the labor code for the project, phase, or task.
Billing Budget This column displays the budgeted monetary amount for the labor charged to the labor code for the project. This amount is calculated by multiplying the hours by the rate.
Budgeted Less JTD Billing This column displays the difference between the budgeted billing amount and the JTD billing amount for the account (or account and vendor) and WBS element, as of the current date.
Percent Complete This column displays the estimate of how far work has progressed on the project for the labor code or expense account.
EAC Hours This column displays the estimate at completion (EAC) hours for the labor code for the project, phase, or task. This is the estimate of the total number of hours that will have been charged to the labor code at the completion of the project.
EAC Amount This column displays the estimate at completion (EAC) amount for the labor code or expense account for the project, phase, or task. This is the estimate of the total monetary amount that will have been charged to the labor code or expense account at the completion of the project.
ETC Hours This column displays the estimate-to-complete (ETC) hours. This is the estimate of the remaining labor hours needed to complete the work, as of the current date.
ETC Amount This column displays the estimate to complete (ETC) amount. This is the estimate of the total additional monetary amount, beyond that already charged, that will be charged to the labor code or expense account during the completion of the project.
Start Date This column displays the start date for work that will result in charges to the labor code or expense account.
End Date This column displays the end date for work that will result in charges to the labor code or expense account.
