Timesheet Audit Detail Options Tab

Use this tab to specify the audit information that you want to see in the report and the period range of changes that will be included on the report.

Detail Options

Field Description
Report Format Select the level of employee information to display on the generated report:
  • Summarized: Select this option to generate a compact version of the report.
  • Detailed: Select this option to generate a more detailed version of the report that includes the work breakdown structure (WBS) element names, such as project names, along with the corresponding numbers. You can also see timesheet comments and client names.
Include Signed/Approved Select this option to display the names of the employees who signed the timesheet and approved the timesheet.
Include Employee Organization Select this option to display the employee's organization, as specified in the Employees hub.
Include Client Name on Detail Report Select this option to display the name of the client associated with each timesheet row. This option is only available if you set Report Format to Detailed.
Include Timesheet Comments Select this option to display comments from timesheets. This option is only available if you set Report Format to Detailed.
Timesheet Status to Include To filter the report based on timesheet status, use the lookup to select the statuses that you want to include. If this field is blank, the report does not exclude any timesheets based on status.
Only Include Timesheets for Projects To filter the report to display only timesheets that contain time for specific projects, select the projects from the Project lookup. The project filter is only used to select the timesheets. It does not filter the timesheet detail. For the included timesheets, the report displays detail for all projects.

If you filter by project, the report sorts and groups timesheets by project, with a page break between projects. and then by employee and timesheet period for each project. If you do not filter by project, the report sorts and groups timesheets by employee and timesheet period, with no page breaks.

Include Timesheet Units Quantities Select this option to display unit quantities entered on timesheets. This option is only available if Enable Unit Entry is set to Yes for the company in Time Settings.
Include Revisions Select this option to display all audited revisions to timesheets for employees for whom revision auditing is enabled. This option is only available if Enable Revision Audit is set to Yes for your company in Time Settings.
Include Revision Explanation Select this option to display the explanations entered for timesheet revisions. This option is only available if you select Include Revisions on the Options tab for this report and if Enable Revision Audit is set to Yes for your company in Time Settings.

Starting and Ending Use the Starting and Ending fields to specify the accounting period range that will be used to generate the report.
