Columns for Employee Audit Report

The Employee Audit report contains a standard set of columns. You do not have the option to select columns for this report.

Field Description
Employees - Name This column displays the employee's full name.
Operation This column displays the type of the operation performed: delete, insert, or update.
Modification Date This column displays the date on which the record was modified.
Modification User This column displays the user ID of the employee who modified the record.
Application This column displays the name of the application in which the modification was made.
