Columns for the Billing Terms List Report
The Billing Terms List report contains a standard set of columns. You cannot select columns for this report.
Report Header
The header section of the report shows the following for each project:
- Project name and number
- Billing Client
- Billing Contact
- Billing Address
- Billing Currency
- Address
- Enable Invoice Approvals checkbox and Approval Process
- Next Invoice Number
- Notes
Contents
Field | Description |
---|---|
Project | This column displays the project number. |
Billing Client | This column displays the name of the client to be billed. |
Billing Contact | This column displays the billing contact for the client. |
Address | This column displays all information for the vendor's primary address. If the vendor has no address marked as the primary address, this section is not displayed for that vendor. |
Notes | This column displays notes about the record. |
Rates | This field displays the billing rates. |
Fee | This field displays the fees. |
Format | This displays the report format settings. |
More Calculations | This field displays the billing limits and calculations. |
Billing Backup | This field describes the default labor and expense information. |
Pre-Invoice | This field displays the pre-invoice billing settings. |
