Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Columns for the Activity Audit Detail

The Activity Audit report contains a combination of standard columns and fields. You cannot select columns for this report.

Field Description
Application This column displays the name of the application in which the modification was made.
Column Name This column displays the name of the record column that was modified.

Above the column name, the report displays the work breakdown structure level at which the change was made. For example, if the change occurred at the task level, the report shows the project number, phase number, and task number. It also displays the date and time of the change and the user ID of the person who made the change.

Modification Date This column displays the date on which the record was modified.
Modification User This column displays the user ID of the employee who modified the record.
New Value This column displays the content or value of the field after it was changed.
Old Value This column displays the previous content or value of the field before it was changed.
Operation This column displays the type of the operation performed: delete, insert, or update.
Source This column displays the source component used to make the modification. The code DTK indicates a change that was made in Vantagepoint.
Subject This column displays a brief description of the activity such as Initial Consultation, Planning Meeting, or Follow-up Visit.
Table This column displays the table that contains the changed record.
