Columns for Retainer Ledger Report

The following columns are displayed on your report.

Field Description
Applied This column displays the retainer fee amount that was already applied on an invoice.
Balance This column displays the remaining amount from the retainer fee.
Date This column displays the invoice date associated with the retainer transaction.
Invoice/Ref No This column displays the invoice or reference number associated with the transaction.
Received This column displays the amount received for the retainer transaction/fee.
Final Timeframe Total This row displays the total of all timeframe total values, from each project, client, or whatever sort record you select on the Groups tab of the report settings, that are included in the report.

When the records that are included in the report have different currencies, this row displays "####" instead of the total value.

Final JTD Total This row displays the total value of all job-to-date amounts that are included in the report. These totals are based on the transactions for the life of the project; the totals are not dependent on the time frame that you selected.
