  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

  • Polling Triggers - The following now include transactions from all periods and not only the current period:

  • Recipes - Previous errors are deleted once you have retried a recipe. If the recipe you retried also failed, a new error generates.

  • Triggers

    • Triggers for recipes have been enhanced.

    • The integration adds polling triggers, while real-time triggers are still available for custom purposes.

      For Employee and Firm records, Create and Update will now take up to five minutes to trigger and Delete records will no longer be processed automatically.

  • Revenue Generation - As a user with Revenue Generation enabled in Vantagepoint, you can now enter invoices in Vantagepoint and have those invoices shared to Xero. Additionally, GL posting to Unbilled Services and Unbilled Revenue in the invoice posting is now shared to Xero as a Journal entry.

  • Error Log Emailing

    • The LogError recipe function now has the additional option:

      • doNotSendEmail - default setting is FALSE

      The error log sends an email to the email addresses listed in the integration properties, if doNotSendEmail is set to TRUE, no email will be sent. Additionally, the JSON from the error is displayed in a structured way (table or list).

  • Error Log - The error log is no longer cleared when you upgrade the productized integration.

  • Report Recipe event names now include the integration keyName.

  • Webhook Recipe event names now include the integration keyName.

Fixed Issues

  • GL Account codes now correctly generate errors when entered into Xero but failed in Vantagepoint.
