Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

  • Employees can now support custom fields.

  • Triggers:

    • Webhook triggers have been updated to use new public workflow endpoints. Triggers can now support an input field for an integration key.

    • Polling triggers have been added to the following resources: Activities, Contacts, Employee Credentials, Employee Education, Marketing Campaigns, and Users

    • Real-time triggers have been added to the following resources: Activities, Contacts, Marketing Campaigns, and Users

  • Actions:

    • Get, Search, Add, and Update actions have been added to the following resources: Activities, Contacts, Employee Credentials, Employee Education, Marketing Campaigns, and Users

    • Lists can now Update, Delete, and Get by code.

    • Custom actions - Paths need to start with api/ for the custom actions to work.
