  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Features/Enhancements

  • The AP Voucher posted (Polling) and Invoice posted (Polling) triggers have been updated to include the following fields:
    • Ignore active period - (Required) This option allows the trigger to ignore the active period when an AP voucher or an invoice is posted.
    • Ignore active company - (Required) This option allows the trigger to ignore the active company when an AP voucher or an invoice is posted.
    • Page size - (Optional) This option allows the trigger to set a limit to the number of AP vouchers or invoices posted.
