Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Features/Enhancements

  • You can now see the Portal version number on the Account Settings panel.
  • If locked out of the Unionpoint Portal after too many invalid login attempts, you will now receive a specific error message indicating why you are unable to log in, instead of a generic error message.
  • Customers in the Admin, Manager or User roles in the Unionpoint Portal can now access all projects in Workato.
  • You can now access the following from within the Unionpoint Portal via the Help icon:
    • Terms of Use
    • Resource Center
