Version 2.2 Build 271 (March 6, 2023)

Learn more about the new features or updates for this version of the Deltek Unionpoint Portal.

Features/Enhancements

  • As a first-time Unionpoint Portal user, the text in the Welcome Email that you will receive to register for access and activate your account has been updated. The email now more explicitly explains the prerequisite steps you need to do in support of the Portal's multi-factor authentication (MFA) requirements.

  • Upon logging into the system for the first time, Unionpoint Portal users are automatically redirected to the assigned region. There is no need to select your region from the Region Options page.

  • You can now see the number of failed login attempts. Additionally, you can now utilize two additional columns added to the data table on the Manage Users page:

    • Failed Logins - Displays a count of current failed login attempts.
    • Locked Out Until - The date/time value indicating until when you are locked out of the system after 5 failed login attempts.
  • From the Portal, you can now see the integration status below the Start Integration or Stop Integration button on the Details tab of a productized integration.

Known Issues

  • You can now use Mozilla Firefox when working with the Unionpoint Portal. However, in order to configure productized integrations, you need to add an exception in the browser settings.
    To add the browser exception:
    1. Identify the region to which your Unionpoint account is assigned and take note of the URL for the data center of the Integration Platform (Workato) assigned to that region:
      • North America: https://app.workato.com/
      • Europe: https://app.eu.workato.com/
      • Singapore: https://app.sg.workato.com/
    2. In Firefox, navigate to Settings > Privacy and Security.
    3. At the top of the page, on the Enhanced Tracking Protection section, select Manage Exceptions.
    4. In the Address of the Website field of the Exceptions for Enhanced Tracking Protection form, enter your region-specific URL from the list above.
    5. Click Save Changes.

Fixed Issues

  • When a user is logged out due to inactivity, they were previously automatically taken to the Region Options page. They are now correctly taken to the Login page.
